Hello world!

Post

I would like to launch the maiden voyage of the Computer Depot blog with a BANG! I want to shock you, awe you, keep you glued to the edge of your seat, and make you hang on every word that pours from my fingertips.  I want to leave you hanging by a thread and wanting nothing but more.

Unfortunately, I do not believe that is going to happen.

I can–however–make a very bold statement which I believe to be the purest truth. You will read what I say here and you may think to yourself, “Wow. That guy thinks he’s something,” or, “He sure is stuck on himself.” I do not consider myself to be a prideful person, but I can see where one would think that–especially following what I am about to say. Before I make my statement, I want to reemphasize the fact that I consider this statement to be the purest truth.  I would not make the statement if I felt otherwise. I hope you will not take it as a statement of pride or arrogance; because, in reality, our company is based upon an attitude of servant-leadership. We lead by serving. Everything we do is in an effort to be of the greatest service to our customers. With all that said, I would like to give you my statement. Are you ready? Here it is.

You will not find better customer service than what you find here at Computer Depot;  we offer both the highest quality and most helpful customer service available in the local market, period.

Have you ever bought a computer? Did you buy it from a big-box retail store? Did you have problems with it?  Did you call their customer service? Most of you will answer YES to all four questions. Anyone who has had the pleasure of contacting customer service knows how unpleasant it is to try to make sense of a conversation that is held with someone on the other side of the world.

Computer Depot is here for you. When you buy our products, you buy us. You buy instant customer support from an English-speaking, trained technician available at your convenience for as much time as you require. You buy a local business which  you can take your computer to when you need it serviced. You buy the best customer support and service available anywhere in East Tennessee. Other companies may offer similar services, but no one offers better.

If you do not believe me, I offer you an incentive to test your theory. Mention this post, and you will receive 12% off of any new desktop or laptop you choose. Prices start at $379.

The maiden voyage of the Computer Depot blog has come to an end. Have the greatest day of your life.

Au revoir,

Scott Davis
