New Computers and Equipment:

All new computers include a 3-year warranty on both Parts and Labor. All new computers also include the first year of Virus Guard Pro for FREE and includes our Virus FREE Guarantee. All New parts include a 1-year warranty. Additional manufacturer’s warranty may be available, see a sales associate for more information. During this warranty period virtually everything is covered under warranty. All repair work and warranty replacements are completed in our office normally within 24 hours Most New computer configurations are available for pick-up in less than 48 hours. Custom configurations are available by special order.

Used Computers and Equipment:

Computer Depot is now a Members only service facility.  Our members are provided with either no charge repairs or low fixed rate repairs depending on the membership level they subscribe to.  In addition Virus Guard member computers are outfitted with our enterprise level virus protection package.  This package protects our members from Cyber and Virus attacks, provides 24/7 health monitoring, and quick and easy remote access so that tech support is never far away.  Lastly all our members are protected by our Virus FREE Guarantee!

Abandoned Computers:

Shelf space in the store is limited therefore any computer left for more than 30 days without contact from customer will be sold.

Payment Terms:

Computer Depot Inc. accepts cash, Visa, Master Card, and Discover, with proper ID. We also accept company checks.  If payment is returned due to insufficient funds, stop payment, or any other reason the account will automatically be turned over to collections and you will be responsible for all bank charges, returned check fees, collection fees and any lawyer’s fees.

Data:

Computer Depot Inc. is not responsible for data loss under any circumstances. The customer is solely responsible for backing up data prior to dropping computer off at Computer Depot Inc. Data recovery services offered at Computer Depot Inc. come with no warranty or guarantee whatsoever.
